Getting the most from your participationWe encourage speakers to get involved with the promotional activity leading up to the event - this is a fantastic way to maximise the exposure for your organisation, and for you personally, within our community and among prospective delegates.

There are plenty of ways in which you can get involved - some examples are listed below - and each represents an opportunity to get more value from your participation. Please let us know which of the list (or any suitable alternatives) you would be able to provide in the coming weeks.

1. Social media posts - posts about the upcoming event on your LinkedIn or Twitter accounts, linking to our Twitter profile @brownfieldbrief/#BBSIData17, our LinkedIn profile Brownfield Briefing Magazine or the event details on our website.

2. Promote the event on your company website - with a link to the conference on the Brownfield Briefing website.

3. Sending details of the conference to your client database - for example, to your newsletter list, focus groups that you are part of, and/or selected clients or contacts. Invite them to attend the conference - with a link to the conference website.

4. Written Q&A - questions can be created by you or provided by our editorial team.

5. Blog post/Article- This can be an exciting content piece or written as a direct lead-in to your presentation at the conference.

6. Report/White paper - a deeper dive into some of the key topics around which you will be presenting. A great way to provide useful background reading to delegates while at the same time demonstrating your authority on the subject.

7. Free webinar - providing you with an opportunity to join Brownfield Briefing in a 30 minute online webinar, engaging with as many as 1,000 delegates and shining a spotlight on your company and your personal expertise.

8. Video interview - typically an interview style format where we ask questions around your upcoming speaker topic. This can be arranged over Skype.

One of our marketing team will be in touch with you over the coming weeks to discuss which of the promotional opportunities you might like to take advantage of. Meanwhile, if you need further information or have any questions, please contact Rebecca Nolan at [email protected].
