We strengthened our position as a modern engineering EPC/EPCM company offering a full package of water treatment services: engineering, manufacture, installation, start-up and commissioning of water treatment systems, service maintenance and training of Customer’s technical personnel.

The availability of the own production base in Russia and Lithuania is one of the basic advantages of the company. The in-house production facilities include a complete cycle of water treatment system manufacturing.

The company water treatment systems and technologies are successfully used at over 400 enterprises in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS-countries, including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The company offers to its clients also the chemical water treatment services and implementation of the water treatment stabilization and correction programmes for all key industrial sectors.

The company’s manufacturing process quality control system meets the internation-al standard require-ments ISO 9001:2008.

UL certificate is issued by testing and certification company “Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.”. This is an independent non-profit product safety testing and certification organization.

The REACH Regulation states that it is up to manufacturers, importers, and downstream us-ers of substances to ensure that they manufacture, place on the market or import or use such substances in a way that does not adversely affect human health or the environment.

Certificate of conformity. The company’s products conform to the requirements of regula-tory documents GOST 9.514-99.

The Design and Quotation Department Water Purification and Treatment Technologies

The Design and Quotation Department performs services for execution of FS, design and work documentation. It employs highly-skilled process engineers, automation specialists, design engineers and electrical engineers. The Department executes projects in 3D format.

For execution of any project, a design group under the supervision of a chief project engineer is formed. All project documentation is executed in accordance with the norms and regulations in force in the Customer’s country. The Department’s procedures are certified to ISO; SRO cer-tificate is also issued. The Department has sufficient competence and facilities for qualitative designing of water treatment plants and waste treatment facilities:

preparation of FS (for projects);development of complete and accurate working documentation for production and assembly of units and systems;ACS TP development and programming;elaboration of installation documentation and preparation of executive documents;approval of design documentation with relevant authorities;highly-qualified management of projects;preparation of technical, operational and permitting documentation;

availability of European Design License.

The Engineering Department uses in its solutions the advanced technologies and methods of water treatment and purification. AquaHard®, JurbyFlow® and GreenFort water treatment systems implement superior technological, constructional and design solutions. It allows us to state that AquaHard®, JurbyFlow® and GreenFort technologies are ones of the most reliable, energy-saving and efficient.

Service Maintenance

Jurby WaterTech International has its own production base in Russia and Lithuania. The in-house production facilities involve a complete cycle of manufacturing of water treatment systems, chemicals and component parts for water treatment. The integrated production process of the company incorporates the following:

Manufacture of water and wastewater treatment systems and under the GreenFort, AquaHard® and JurbyFlow ® brand names.Automation of water treatment processes.Manufacture of chemicals under the JurbySoft® and ROptima® brand names.Manufacture of patented ROShell®composite pressure vessels for membrane technologies.Manufacture of patented AquaShell®composite pressure tanks for filtration processes.

The company owns storage facilities and logistics centres in Moscow (Russia), Kiev (Ukraine) and Kaunas (Lithuania).

Services Rendered by Maintenance Service of Jurby WaterTech

International:

Consulting the specialists of the Company over the telephone at any time convenient for you;Prompt response to urgent situations (within 48 hours, depending on distance to the object);Permanent training of Customer’s personnel in order to achieve higher level of equipment maintenance requiring improved qualification;Integrated examination (integrated examination of equipment and issuance of a detailed report on equipment condition and also recommendations regarding updating and optimization of the entire complex) conducted quarterly, monthly or daily (Customer’s option);Permanent analysis of data on equipment operation making corrections in the operating mode that depends on change in initial data on water. At the request of the Customer, organizing a constant remote monitoring of equipment operation making changes in the operating mode online;Diagnostic check of equipment forecasting faulty assemblies and aggregates of the equipment;Execution of chemical washing off, enhancing regeneration of the equipment, by highly competent specialists from Jurby WaterTech International.

Aside from own Design Bureau, production capacities and Centre for Research & Development, Jurby WaterTech International Company has in possession its own Maintenance Service.

One of key tasks of this Service is warranty and post-warranty service maintenance of water treatment and purification installations and waste water treatment facilities manufactured by Jurby WaterTech International or other companies.

Outsourcing Equipment

Jurby WaterTech International Company offers outsourcing of equipment. This would allow the Customer to have in its disposition equipment known for its stable and continuous operation together with highly competent personnel from our company providing services of maintenance.

Outsourcing of Equipment (monthly and daily for 24 hours):

Forming a team of specialists from Maintenance Service of the Company (ensuring conditions for permanent qualification improvement of employees);Daily audit and maintenance of equipment in conformity with operating instructions and certificates of quality of assemblies and aggregates;Analysis of data on initial water quantity and quality (summary sheets, laboratory data). In the event of insufficient amount of data, selection of water samples for next analysis;Analysis of data on quality and quantity of purified water (summary sheets, laboratory data). Selection of water samples for next analysis;Stage-by-stage analysis of water purification, and data entering into the logbook;Hourly walking inspection: monitoring of operation of pumping and dosing facilities, reverse osmosis units, watching for absence/presence of leakages, if need be, repair work execution / calling for emergency team to carry out repair works;

Keeping of operating logbook;Carrying out repair works on the equipment;Performing preventive works in conformity with certificates of quality and instructions of equipment assemblies;Calibration of dosing equipment, dosing control, replenishment withf chemical reagents;Visual monitoring of operating equipment;Equipment examination regarding presence/ absence of extraneous noise;Purchasing and delivery of accessory component s necessary for running and emergency repair works on the equipment;Preparation of proposals regarding improvement in water treatment process through updating of water treatment and water purification systems.
