·EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of labour turnover on Nyeri
Municipal Council productivity. The purpose was to look for better ways and suggestions
on how to increase productivity.
This study is presented in six chapters. From introduction explaining the basics of the
topic and a short profile of Nyeri Municipal Council to its current status clearly showing
the organization structure. It also shows what prompted the researcher to undertake the
research showing the objectives and limitations experienced by the researcher whileII
conducting research.
Literature review discusses what other authors had 0 say about labour turnover and its
effects since it has been discussed over the years and the researcher took time to consider
his research to those of other authors.
Chapter three discusses how the study was carried out. People and the methods used to
collect slata and analysis. It also discusses of the sample and the target population.
Chapter four presents data in comparison with people used with the help ofdiagram and
charts. Conclusions, recommendations, summary of findings are laid down for the
organization to implement after that in chapter five and six.
