8. How to Order a Fuelcard
• If you require just a registration on the fuel card, select Registration and enter the registration on the Registration box with no gaps
• If you require the drivers name on the fuel card, select Text and enter the drivers name in the text box
• If you require both the drivers name and the registration on the fuelcard, select Text:
o Enter the Registration in the Registration box o In the Text box enter the drivers name and the registration.
Enter details required and press ‘Preview’ to check it is correct. Then press ‘Create’

9. How to Stop a Card
• If you place a card on stop with either a reason of ‘Card Stolen’ or ‘Card Lost’ you have 7 days to take this card off stop. After these 7 days the card will be place on permanent stop and the system will not allow you to take the card off stop.

• If the literage is correct, there is no need for number of transactions to be populated
• Once site(s) have been selected the new Controlmax rules will be downloaded to the site(s) overnight
• The new Controlmax rules will stay in the terminal for 30 days for the driver to update the fuel card

To select other sites click on the drop down box and select the site(s). You can select up to 5 additional sites.

• It is best to change the Controlmax rules for the whole account when setting the account up, before you add any fuel cards

• Product – select Diesel Bunkered V
• Effective Date – Enter the date from when you require the price to be effective (can’t backdate)
• Charge Method – select either Price, Markup (% on top of price) and Zero Price (free)
• Standard Site – enter price in whole pence for example 77.80
• Discounted Site – enter same price as above
