Stationary Type

EG2500-M1 gas turbine power plant of stationary type is composed of:

Power module; Oil-block of drive oil system; Power plant operator’s automated workstation; Inlet air filter unit; Outlet noise suppression unit.

Mobile Type

EG2500-M1 gas turbine power plant of mobile type is composed of:

Power module; Power plant operator’s automated workstation.

Power Unit

Is composed of Engine Compartment and Electric Compartment (see Fig. 1. Equipment location plan in “Power Unit”).

Engine compartment.

Internal dimensions of engine compartment (Length * Width * Height): - 7800 * 2300 * 2050 mm.

The following equipment is installed inside the engine compartment:

Gas turbine drive with diffuser exhaust unit.

Transmission including friction (clutch) coupling, which protects the drive against damage

in case of multiple overloads (short circuit, opposite connection, etc. Drive suspension. Drive fuel equipment – gas regulator and check valve. Drive sensors and signaling devices.

Electric generator SGSB-14-100-6U2, installed on compartment load frame. Device for control of gas regulator stepping motor “SUDT-7”. Starting cubicle “ShZ-2500”. Automatic aerosol fire suppression system OPA-24/12-APT.

Two measurement transducers “IP-СnHm” of alarm system up to explosive gas

concentration of “Dozor-S2” type.

Three resistance detectors NSH100P of air temperature measurement inside compartment.

Electric Compartment.

Internal dimensions of electric compartment (length * width * height): - 3200 * 2300 * 2050 mm.

Electric compartment is detached from the engine compartment with a partition plate and has an

external door.

The following equipment is installed inside the electric compartment (see Fig. 2. Electric

compartment): Two high-voltage switchgear cubicles “KSO PluSS 2-10-630-UHL4”

(pos. А19.1, pos. А19.2); High-voltage circuit-breaker cubicle “ShVV” (pos. А19.1); Power transformer cubicle “ShTS” (pos. А19.2); Safety system cubicle “ShSB-2500” (pos. А15); Power supply cubicle “ShPS-2500” (pos. А11); Automatic control system “ASU-2500” (pos. А1); Air-conditioner unit of electric compartment (pos. А21).

Internal dimensions of oil-block compartment (length * width * height): - 1000 * 2500 * 1850 mm.

The following equipment is installed inside oil-block compartment: Junction box “KSBD-2500”; GTD oil tank; Oil fine filter bank; Oil shut-off valve.

EG2500-M1 Power Plant Operator’s Automated Workstation.

EG2500-M1 Automated operator’s control board is located in control room. Control room is a

specially equipped accommodation, which is heated in winter and air-cooled in summer, and

located at a distance not more than 500 m from the power plant enclosure.

Control board includes: LED indicators:

“27V supply”; “ACS operation”; “Failure”; “Vacuum circuit breaker is closed/generator emergency stop”; “Valve 12 open”, “Valve 12 closed”; “Valve 9 open”, “Valve 9 closed”; “Extreme position of gas regulator”; “Excitation is on”;

Alarm buzzer “Failure”; Gas valve control mode switch “Automatic Manual”; Buttons:

gas valve control (Кр9, Кр12); GTE operation mode control; generator voltage control; high-voltage circuit-breaker tripping; GTE emergency stop.


Inlet Air Filter Unit.

Inlet air filter unit is intended for cycle air preparation for GTD and generator of gas turbine power plants, which are in operation in different climatic zones at ambient air temperature

Exhaust System with Noise Suppression Unit.

Exhaust system with noise suppression unit is intended for GTD exhaust gas removal through exhaust duct with reduction of GTD exhaust noise level.
