One of the major measurements of an academic institution is the employability of its students post-education.We, at Sacred heart College, are acutely focussed about forming the employability quotient of our students, andfacilitating successful career opportunities for them. Our college Placement cell has been fairly successful in its

endeavours. This year,104 of our students were placed in reputed institutions such as Deloitte, MCKinsey & Co.,Federal Bank, Concentrix and Sutherland.

The Placement Cell is headed by our Principal, Fr. Dr. Johnson X Palackappillil CMl and the Coordinator Prof. Dr.

Sajoy P.B. All the activities of the Cell are led by Coordinator, which consists of students from different courses in

their final year. We aim to invite companies from various fields in order to make opportunities available not justfor students of business, science and arts.

The final year students were enrolled and Carrier Guidance and Counselling programme were done by invited

career gurus like Mr. B.S. Warrier and Mr. S. Venkitaraman, representatives from companies were invited for thesessions.
