Guidelines
• A letter to the parents will be sent home with your child showing a tentative list of activities available and when they will be held. Exact times will be announced in school.
Guidelines
• All of our activities will be announced on the morning EHMIS video announcements
several days before the start of the scheduled activity. Details such as where to sign up, what grade levels may participate, dates, times, and meeting places will be covered in those announcements.
Guidelines
• Most activities will be held in the EHMIS building or on our campus.
• Weekday activities will normally begin at 3:25 PM and run for 1 to 2 hours in length.
• It is very important to have your child picked up at the announced ending time for the session. Pick up is usually at the front of the EHMIS building.
Guidelines
Attendance is encouraged but not required. If your child has to miss a session because of another commitment the instructor will understand.
Guidelines
• All of our activities are supervised by staff members whom have expertise in that area.
• All of our activities are designed to teach fundamental skills which emphasize recreational fun and minimizes competition.
