Evidence-based practices should guide the implementation of EI services for enhanced child and family outcomes

2. EI in NE CoP Develop, implement, and evaluate a high-quality, evidence-based
in-service PD in EI. PD is a key practice in order to increase the fidelity with which
evidence-based practices are utilized. teaching and learning experiences that are transactional and
designed to support the acquisition of professional knowledge, skills, and dispositions as well as the application of this knowledge in practice
include the processes of coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing support
based on adult learning principles and geared toward actual change in practitioners’ behaviors and practice.

2. Defining CoP
The CoP will include training materials and regular opportunities for discussion and problem-solving.
Emphasis on EBP and NE. Content/curriculum will be delivered in a “hybrid” format Regular interactions with:

How: 1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/ and sign up for an account. 2. Create a folder called CoP videos_YOURNAME (regional coaches only; master parent coaches will be invited to regional coach folders shortly) 3. Invite master consultants to your folder. You will soon pair with a parent master coach who you will also invite to the folder. 4. Create subfolders for each module, as well as a subfolder for baseline videos and measures. 5. There are also options for downloading Dropbox to your desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
