Basic User Quick Start Guide
Welcome to einsOS!
We hope you’ll find this education management suite easy to use with the help of this
Quick Start Guide. This guide walks you through process of choosing your role, setting
up an account, using the applications, and syncing all the major activities of a school -
on one common platform.
This guide provides a brief overview of einsOS as well as step-by-step instructions for
account setup and navigating through different applications that are part of einsOS.
We’re sure you’ll find einsOS beneficial in terms of improving learning outcomes, saving
time, and bettering communication between all the four stakeholders of the education
ecosystem.

How einsOS Works
einsOS is an education management software that pieces together the various
components of managing an educational institution. It’s a user-friendly platform that
addresses the pain points of all those part of the world of education - student, teacher,
administrator and parents.
People in the Process
einsOS puts everyone involved on the same page including:
• School administrators responsible for managing the educational institution.
• Teachers responsible for the learning outcomes for a set of students via course
material, tests, and classroom behaviour.
• Students who need uninterrupted access to study material, teacher’s notes,
assessments and more.
• Parents so that they can keep a tab on their child’s learning curve via test scores,
attendance, assignments, latest updates at school.
• Everyone involved in the process has instant access to real-time data via any
web-connected device such as a home computer, tablet or smartphone.

Getting Started
User (administrators in most cases) has to register with the license key enclosed in
the welcome note, which is a part of your newly purchased device from Cybernetyx.
Once this step is over, the user can Sign in with the username and password used in
the registration process.
Next, user has to Log in with his email id
and password.
Once this step is over, the user has to

User has to fill in the details
pertaining to their school, including
name, address, board affiliation.
Besides, a few personal details have
to entered such as Name,
Designation, Contact Number and
Data of Registration.
User can add one class covered per
device. All the subjects covered per
class can also be added here.
The next step is to add teachers to
your school account.
Administrators/Principals can add up
to 5 teachers per device. User has to
enter the Name, Official Email Id,
Designation and Phone Number.
There’s also an option to upload an
Excel Sheet with the above details.
Enter Device Ids for all the devices
that support einsOS. Device status
will change to Valid, if the device id
entered is correct.

Based on the subscription plan, users will get access to the following:

Next, the user has to add a list of all
the students in that particular class. An
easier way would be to upload a
spreadsheet with the student detail.
This marks the completion of the
registration process for the
administrator. Next, the user will see
the screen with all the applications.

Click on the Library icon to access the app. Users will see the following screen.
Click the bell icon for notifications
Upon scrolling down the page, the user will be able to filter content according
to the preferred Board, Classes Exams and Hobbies for which he/she wants to
find content.

For example: if the user selects Class 8 under IGCSE. He/She will see the
following screen
User has to a select a topic to
proceed and see the content
covered. For instance, user
selects Microbes.
User gets access to 3 major forms
of content - Image, Text, and Video
To navigate out of the Library app,
user can click on the (box) icon on
the top, right-hand corner of
the screen.

Click on ‘Generate Report’ to get detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity
reports of the devices in use.
Analytics
Device View on the screen gives details about the Device Usage.
Select the appropriate filters including Country, State, District and City to check
the activity - Active, Idle, Inactive - status all devices (synced with einsOS).
User can create and save Filters for Future Reference.
When user selects the Analytics app, the following screen appears:1

This app is designed to help administrators manage their work better.
For Recording Teacher’s AttendanceUsers can select the teachers who are present and click the ‘CONFIRM’. The
attendance gets updated and saved in the database.
Manage Devices/ClassroomsUsers can add classes to a device directly from this screen. Click on Add Classes,
enter the class and the subjects and save to continue.

Manage TeachersDetails of all teachers that use the device is displayed in this section. User can
also conveniently add teachers from this screen.
Manage StudentsDetails of all students of that class is displayed in this section. User can also
conveniently add students from the manage application.
