How to find journal articles from a list of references : featuring
the eJournal portal

You are given this reference:

Since you do not have the title of the article (only the journal title), you can search for this journal title from UCT Libraries eJournal portal.

• Go to library web page: http://www.lib.uct.ac.za• Mouse over ‘Search & Find’ click on ‘eJournals’

• Type the full title of the journal in the box provided:• International journal of antimicrobial agents• Click the GO button

• This tells you that the full text is available from 2007 onwards in the database called ClinicalKey.
• And it is also available from the database ScienceDirect from 1995 onwards.
• You need an article dated 2009 so you could choose either one of these databases to find the article.
• Click on the link

• Click on ‘Full text available via’ link

• Scroll down to search for volume 33 on the left of the page

Choose the correct issue that will include the pages 307 - 320
