Located at Vilangudi, Madurai Primarily a distribution company The company receives the Coca-Cola products from the bottling plants

across Tamil Nadu and distributes to Madurai city

Observation:

Anna Nagar has high potential for Coca-cola amongst other routes in Madurai, since it tends to be a commercial centre

Poor supply in many outlets

Retailers’ grievances are not redressed on time

Conclusions

1. All the products (assorted SKUs’) are loaded in bulk in the load van. It consumes time for loading and unloading in the outlets

2. Outlets in PJP are geographically randomized

3. Many retailers insist for credit cum late payment

4. Schemes are not been executed (from company side) properly in the BLACKBERRY for desired outlets

1. All Load vans can be modified by containing separate racks for distinct SKU’s

4. A meeting can be conducted on regular basis headed by the STL and Area Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure the proper upload of desired schemes/offers in the BLACKBERRY
