During our previous lesson, we had a look at Spanish-speaking countries and we were able to understand their culture a bit better. Today, we are going to concentrate on a festivity that takes place every February in Spain and other Latin-American countries:

EXTENSION TASK: Imagine that this February half-term you are going to Spain or a Latin-American country to celebrate their carnival (and Covid wasn’t a thing, of course!). Design your ideal costume

and label the different parts you would wear. Use lots of colours and make sure your costume is flashy and represents the joy and happiness of Spanish carnival!
