``Efecto invernadero´´ es el fenómeno, por el cual determinados gases, que son componentes de la atmósfera, retienen la energía que el suelo terrestre emite y una parte de la misma la envían a la superficie de la Tierra.

“Cambio climático" : se dice que es un cambio de clima atribuido directa o indirectamente a la

actividad humana que altera la composición de la atmósfera mundial y que se suma a la

variabilidad natural del clima observada durante períodos de tiempo comparables.
