somos plenamente conscientes de su importancia. Ahora mismo elFROM está financiando dos proyectos científicos de gran calado yuno de ellos está relacionado, precisamente, con esta cuestión.El estudio sobre valorización de los descartes producidos por la flotapesquera tiene un presupuesto de 370 mil euros y su plazo de fina-lización concluye en octubre de 2008, por lo que, como mucho, aprincipios de 2009 podremos hacer públicas nuestras conclusiones.Creemos que será un estudio de una gran utilidad para la flota pes-quera española, pero además creemos que será muy apreciado enBruselas y en la comunidad pesquera internacional que España estéhaciendo un esfuerzo y busque soluciones en esta materia.
