– Imports from Venezuela.

– Pipeline: Cartagena – Sincelejo.

– Flexible gas costs. (short term).

2. Stimulate the offer

– Manage input: Tasajero II, Carlos Lleras Restrepo and San Miguel.

– Resolution CREG 171 of 2015 (participation smaller plants).

One developing country, must not have energy outages. caused by natural phenomena such as ‘El niño’.

Colombia depends on hydropower for the generation, and should find new forms of sustainable energy.

We have to practice efficient and rational energy consumption.
