Company’s high growth trajectory and value-add

project completion, we expect further enhanced

revenues and profitability going forward.

Our sales, both in terms of value and area,

remained robust and are a true reflection of Nitesh

Estates’ strong brand loyalty and customer trust.

We have a strong pipeline of 12 ongoing

residential projects with a future sales potential of

Rs. 22.0 bn and unrecognized income of Rs. 5.3 bn

as at June 2013.

The Ritz Carlton Hotel, opening for customers in

September, symbolizes the luxury brand value that
