We think so. It is not unusual for us to find between 15
and 25% of the purchase price of an acquired property in
Capital Allowances, (higher where significant refurbishment
expenditure has been incurred).
When you balance this against our fees, which are contingent based upon the value of
the additional qualifying expenditure we identify and are accepted by HMRC (we never
charge more than 6%). An immediate cash benefit is achievable in most instances, with a
