Page 5: ELECTRIC CARS

THE BEST WAY IS CONDUCTIVE WAY.

First chapter(How do you charge an electric car?)

There are three ways:-1-Changing the battery.2-conductive way.3- inductive way.

Page 6: ELECTRIC CARS

Second chapter(What is the lifespan of an electric car?).*Depends on batteries type

Factors affect on lifespan of a battery:- A-Extreme low temperatures.B-Number of charging cycles(Modern batteries can stand 3,000 cycle).C-Overcharging and fast charging

Lithium batteries are the most promising technology for use in electric cars.

Fourth chapter(What are the costs of an electric cars?).

*An average price of an electric car is between

35,000 and 40,000 euro.*The consumer would 24,000 euro for an

Seventh chapter(What are the levels of CO2 emissions from electric cars?).

*CO2 emissions from electric cars basically depend on howthe electricity is produced.

*Austria generates 70% of its electricitythrough hydropower plants.

*France produces 80% of its energy through nuclear power .

Page 10: ELECTRIC CARS

*Electric motors are much simpler than petrol motor.*Electric vehicles have fewer components that are affected by friction and

temperature.*Electric cars don’t need gear box or clutch. They don’t even need filter oil or air.

Eighth chapter(What kind of maintenance and repair do electric cars need?).

Page 11: ELECTRIC CARS

Add a Slide Title - 5•*The availability of the battery systems depends on the availability of the row

materials

*Around 70% of the world reserve is in South America(lithium reserve).*According to lithium reserve ,there is enough lithium to supply the automobile

industry for at least 100 years .

Ninth chapter(Will the batteries be available in the long term?).

2-EVALUATION

1-In this book has been avoiding the extreme use of technical vocabulary or extreme use of data.

2-almost in every page there is a box of general informationthis box makes the book not monotonic.

3-All figures are clear and easy to understand.

Page 13: ELECTRIC CARS

1-In page 23 has been repeated the box of general information which is the same box in page19 .

2-There is spelling mistake in page 18 (calendaric ) has to be written like this (calendric).
