Excemption

The new act already contains several excemption rules for individual product groups and certain uses of materials and components. Furthermore additional excemption rules are being prepared on the EU-level. Duties of the manafacturers and commerce

The manafacturer is responsible that the limit values are kept. If the manafacturer is not located in the EU-area, the producer’s responsibility gets automatically transferred to the importer.

IECQ HSPM QC 080000- Electrical and electronics components and products hazardous substance process management systems standard

It is developed by the International Electrotechnical commission (IEC) from the quality assessment system for Electronic components (IECQ).

QC 080000 applies process management to integrate and manage hazardous substance so as to minimize or eliminate production of hazardous substances satisfying RoHS, WEEE and other customer

requirements
