This Mylar® Non-Shrink Tube is designed to provide robust and consistent general electrical insulation. It is also available with electrically conducting surface materials and coatings for bespoke applications. This Non-Shrink Tube is a multilayered precision-wound protective tube made from polyester. It maintains high dielectric strength and cut through resistance in the most demanding applications.It is widely used to provide secondary insulation and mechanical protection for wiring looms and is particularly suited to use in hermetic and open motors.

Multilayered precision-wound protective tube made from grade 410 DuPont™ Nomex® calendered aramid paper. This Non-Shrink Tube maintains its resistive properties, shape, cut through and tear-strength at high temperatures. Nomex ® calendered Non-Shrink Tube is suitable for protecting wiring and connection in electric motors, in aerospace and automotive applications. Consistent characteristics and ease of application give manufacturers a cost efficient means to boost the mechanical reliability of electrical systems. It is also used as bolt insulation in the oil, gas and chemical industries.

FEP and polymide perform in demanding applications. This Non-Shrink Tube is a precision-wound protective tube and insulator made from DuPont™ Kapton® film, coated with Tefl on FEP®. Teflon FEP® coated Kapton® Tube maintains its electrical resistivity, dimensional stability and strength at high temperatures and in the most demanding applications. The HF Non-Shrink Tube is particularly suitable for use where very thin sections of insulating tube must maintain high dielectric and mechanical strength at operating temperatures of up to 200ºC and where resistance to moisture is needed. Glueless welded construction ensures that only FEP and polymide are present in the product. It is widely used for protecting critical electrical systems of all kinds in the harshest environments

The Hostaphan® Heat-Shrink Tubing is the preferred material for the insulation of Thermal Protectors and Hermetic Systems. The material remains flexible after shrinking and provides an improved appearance as depicted in the photograph. Multilayered precision-wound protective Endcap made from DuPont™ Kapton® film and Nomex®. Designed for use in varnish impregnated electrical motors, Two layers of DuPont™Nomex® type 411 are bonded to a three-layer protective DuPont™ Kapton® sheath. The uncalendared inner insulator has the property of wicking varnish during the impregnation process, boosting its mechanical and dielelectric properties and helping to secure the Endcap in position. These Endcaps maintain electrical resistivity, dimensional stability and strength at high temperatures and in the most demanding applications. Sonic welded seal is chemically resilient and further contributes to the robustness and reliability of the eventual product.
