For those who want to maintain an extra level of control over what is purchased, rexel offers “rexel webFlow”. rexel webFlow is a feature that allows an administrator / manager to create and manage their own users as well as determine order limits.

when an administrator creates a user, the webFlow function is automatically activated creating an email webFlow solution. users who place an order above their order limit triggers an email to an approver. The approver can either edit, accept or reject the order. upon approval of the order, the originating user is notified and the order is then released.

In addition to user management, rexel webFlow also offers an administrator / manager:

• Userreports – generate a list of all your active users and their order limit

• Orderreports – generate a report, either by date range or specific user, of all orders placed

• Backorderreports – generate a report of all outstanding orders against your account.
