Booking of Electricity expenses based on meter connection
Overview:
Business Process Procedure Overview
Standard transaction in SAP cannot provide the required facility due to which a transaction was developed.
Following activities will be involved in booking the electricity cost.
Expenses will be booked by the user based on the meter connection number and period. he cost posted in the
system will get allocated in the back!end to multiple cost centre based on the allocation percentage assigned in
master table.
his process ensures automatic allocation of meter wise cost to multiple cost centre and avoid entry of duplicate
expenses of a given meter connection for a period.

Expenses will be booked by the user based on the generator number and period. he cost posted in the system will
get allocated in the back!end to multiple cost centre based on the allocation percentage assigned in master table.
