Should Sqwincher be used throughout the year or only in heat-intensive environments?Sqwincher is comprised of elements which occur naturally in the body. It scientifically restores and sustains proper electrolyte balance through fluids which contribute to internal body performance. Wellness enhances physical performance and deters mental apathy. Is Sqwincher Gluten FREE?Yes. Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat and there is no gluten/wheat or traces thereof in Sqwincher products or processes.

Can you drink Sqwincher if you are a diabetic?Every diabetic’s condition varies, therefore, diabetics MUST consult their physician for guidelines on the amount of sugar and carbohydrates they can safely consume each day and whether Sqwincher will fall into their dietary guidelines. Sqwincher ZERO* was specifically developed to address the dietary needs of diabetics and/or consumers watching their overall carb intake. WHY ELECTROLYTES; ISN’T WATER ENOUGH?

Water is necessary but studies have shown1 water alone cannot sufficiently replace electrolytes to prevent dehydration and heat or cold stress illnesses.

Water acts as a conductor to carry nutrients such as electrolytes throughout the body while also flushing vital organs of toxins. When replenishing, water fills up the body rapidly. Water creates a feeling of saturation, discouraging consumption of fluids by decreasing thirst, which will lead to dehydration.
