Electronic Potting One-Part Heat Cure EpoxiesHeat curing epoxy requires no mixing and demonstrates good insulation properties, high bonding and physical strength. Two-Part EpoxiesTwo component resin system designed for resistance to chemicals, mechanical stress and temperature. Low viscosity, low shrinkage material cures at room temperature.
Two-Part PolyurethanesLow cost, low viscosity formulas with medium temperature resistance, ambient cure, and convenient mixing. Provides good adhesion to various substrates, while remaining flexible and repairable.
Two-Part SiliconesEasy to mix, low viscosity, ambient temperature, deep-section cure compounds with temperature resistance and good insulation properties. Cushions against mechanical shock and vibration.
Re-enterable UrethanesEasy to mix, low durometer compound allows for re-entry and resealing, should a component need to be tested or removed and replaced.
UV AcrylicsCure rapidly under UV light and exhibit good chemical resistance and optical clarity.
About Us
Material Technologies
A family-owned business founded in 1955, ND Industries specializes in the development of innovative materials and processes for the Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace and Military markets. Headquartered outside Detroit, Michigan, ND Industries has facilities devoted to research and development, chemical blending, bottling and packaging, mechanical engineering, and fastener adhesive pre-application. Bottled products produced for OEM and MRO use are marketed under the Vibra-Tite brand name.
The ND Technologies Group holds an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation and is able to assist customers by performing independent testing for a wide range of criteria.
TESTING CERT #2628.01
ND Industries can also pre-apply adhesives
and sealants to fasteners for use in
electronics. We carry a wide range of
materials that will increase product quality,
help reduce labor costs, and mitigate fumes,
outgassing and crazing, when compared
to bottled products. Pre-Applied materials
also help prevent contamination of critical
parts by eliminating the opportunity for
user applied liquid bottled products to
migrate into sensitive components during
assembly.
