One set of taggers will have a noodle (common cold). The other set of taggers will have a ball and they will be strep throat (bacterial disease). If a student is tagged by the noodle they will go straight to the pharmacy and get some non-prescription medication (10 Jumping Jacks). If they get tagged by the ball they will have to go to the hospital where you will be the doctor handing out exercise prescription cards. They must complete those exercises at the hospital before they are allowed to return to the game.
