Interchangeable Parts

People stole the cotton gin so created another invention

He made 10,000 guns for the government since he heard that the government needed them

He made the guns by making a mold for each part This method was faster then building it by hand It was also less expensive When he made the interchangeable parts he made

sure that each part could fit into another gun if it needed that part

Before Before the invention of the Cotton Gin

slaves would have to make the cotton by hand which took a very long time also the results were good because the seeds stayed in the finished product

Before the inventing of interchangeable parts and the molds that made it quicker, the guns would be made in time that the government needed them
