Well it seems that the Reserve Bank has helped again. With interest on the Central Coast starting to simmer, a rate cut combined with a shortage of quality rental properties in certain areas, and prices conservatively low for what the homes are truly worth, now is the time that smart investors are delving in to snavel up a bargain.
Movement in all sectors has seen properties that have been on the market for long periods of time sell, and new properties that have hit the market have achieved some interesting prices which are well above the current market and in short timeframes. We are
agents has bought outstanding results for our sellers with higher prices being achieved by our agents due to greater availability to show time-short buyers, longer hours worked, working 7 days a week and also by better negotiation skills.
Marketing
Marketing is certainly playing its part in selling also, with some agent’s promotions attracting buyers but with their limited staff they have no time to service their buyers. With the quality service we deliver, our clients are paying for marketing which in turn leads to sales.
Our marketing team have recently created some amazing new marketing packages that are attacking both traditional marketing (newspapers, magazines etc) and new-age marketing (internet, microsites, QR codes and multi-channel marketing). We recently had local agents indicating that internet promotion is the only way to go, and we are happy to announce a recent sale

I recently was speaking with a landlord who has had their property managed for over 9 months with another agent and who has not had one water bill reimbursed by their tenant. When I indicated that this was an item that the tenants should be paying
responsibility, she informed me that she didn’t
