Introducing an exciting tier of titles designed to recognize top-performing Social Marketers who help promote the Modere values on a global scale.

The Elite Black and Platinum Black tiers adds six titles, expanding both sides of the Modere Career Path to include recognition for Social Marketers (SMs) who are actively building their business globally and through their own personal efforts. These titles also provide additional exciting benefits and opportunities beyond those found in this document.

ELITE BLACK BONUS

Earn a share in a pool based on quarterly global sales commissionable Points of up to 1%.

The Elite Black Bonus is an exciting bonus for global Social Marketers. This pool allows Elite Black SMs an opportunity to tap into the success of Modere while stretching their own organizations to grow. The base pool is 0.5% of all commissionable Points in the regions Modere operates. This value can double to 1% when the growth targets for each individual Elite Black are met. The targets are set at the start of each quarter and will be communicated by corporate.

Elite Black SMs earn shares of the Elite Black Bonus by achieving their paid title in addition to helping Modere reach global growth targets.

SHARES EXPLANATION

†At least one Paid Title Elite 3 from a personally enrolled Elite leg must be in a region outside of your own; the 5 regions are North America (US and CA), Europe, Australasia (AU and NZ), Japan and India. Caps at 3.

PAYOUT RULES

Shares for eligible SMs who meet the requirements will be calculated after the normal commission process ends for the month closing the quarter (e.g. April for Q1, July for Q2, October for Q3 and January for Q4). The payment is guaranteed to occur in a special payout independent of the commission period in the following Bonus Month’s commission period.

Must qualify P3 for a minimum of three months to be eligible to advance to this title

Must be in good standing with Modere as described in the P&P and T&C

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS IN THIS TIER ARE THE SAME FOR PB1, PB2 AND PB3.

Modere wholesale accounts are not eligible to participate

Please note that payout is capped according to the following rules. Platinum Black Social Marketers may not exceed more than #�% of their quarterly payouts on the sum of direct customer bonuses - the list includes Customer Pod Bonus in US/CA, Customer Bonus in EU, Customer Acquisition Bonus/Customer Reorder Bonus/Customer Retention Bonus in JP, Sharing Bonus/Monthly Selling Rewards in AU/NZ and Key Sales Bonus in India. Elite Black Social Marketers may not exceed more than 25% of their quarterly payouts on all their earnings. Example: if a Platinum Black 1, Elite 3 earned $10,000 USD in Q1 2019 through Customer Pod Bonus in US/CA and Customer Bonus in EU, they would be capped at $2,500 USD for the quarter on the values of all the shares generated in the Global Customer Bonus.

All calculations are based on USD-converted sales and are then converted to the SMs home currency for payout for the blended exchange rate for the payout quarter.

GLOBAL CUSTOMER BONUS

The Global Customer Bonus is an exciting bonus for global Social Marketers. This pool allows Platinum Black SMs an opportunity to tap into the success of Modere while stretching their own organizations to grow. The pool is 0.25% of all customer sales commissionable Points in the regions in which Modere operates.

Platinum Black SMs earn shares of the Global Customer Bonus by achieving their Paid Title in addition to helping Modere reach global growth targets.
