General Trip Information
Stay in touch with your family
Each traveler will receive a departure packet. We suggest you print 2 copies (one for you & one for your
family). The trip is designed so you and your family are always able to contact the tour guide or PCT Rep-
resentative during the trip, 24/7. A PCT Representative will remain with the group until you are safely re-
turned to your departure city.
Dress Code
Dress is casual and comfortable. Some sights (i.e. Shrines) require long pants (or capris) and shirts with
sleeves. Bring comfortable walking shoes. The hotels may have a pool or a Jacuzzi, bring a bathing suit with
you. There is no need for dressy clothes.
Safety
Safety is our priority. As we tour, every passenger is always accounted for before and after each site. We
never leave anyone behind!
Number of Passengers
As an elite tour company, tours almost always sell out early. Please keep this in mind when you are plan-
ning a trip.
