NEW BUSINESS

Rob Komorowski secured a 3-year Preventive Maintenance Agreement with PNC for services at 45 area locations across the bank’s Philadelphia - Northeast and New Jersey - Shore locations.

Joe Smith acquired a Preventive Maintenance contract with 10 YMCA locations, including Abington, Ambler, Christian Street Philadelphia, Columbia North Philadelphia, Hatboro, Main Line, Northeast Philadelphia, Rocky Run (Media area), Roxborough, and West Philadelphia. This is the beginning of relationship with the YMCA that holds a lot of potential for future work for Elliott-Lewis.

Ron Pulcini sold a large service agreement to Just Born Candy, makers of the classic yellow marshmallow Peeps and a number of other familiar candy brands. Perhaps our techs working out of our Nazareth location should trade in their Elliott-Lewis logo shirts for “Chillin with my Peeps” tees sold in the gift shop at Just Born’s Bethlehem facility.

Barb Wojnowski has expanded Elliott-Lewis’ business with Chrisitiana Care with a large Preventive Mainenance Contract on that organizations’ new Middletown, Delaware facility. The freestanding 24-7 emergency care facility is

In addition to the AnnexAire Rooftop Unit and the Heating Hot Water Pumps that feed the heating coils in the new VAV Boxes for the mechanical system, Elliott-Lewis will be updating the kitchen equipment, including the installation of a Mongolian barbecue grille. This is an extremely fast-paced project that must be completed before

students start arriving back on campus in early August.
