Eltham College

Eltham College have produced a leaflet to be able to target the audience who are working adults, as they are looking for people to donate to their funds as produced on the front as ‘Annual Fund 2013’. Using the word ‘annual’ shows that the appeal is yearly. The leaflet doesn’t just show adults and why they should donate, but parents may also go through the leaflet and choose to send their child/ren to the college.

In the leaflet they have pictured the school as to be traditional by showing that the students are smartly dressed and also that the school have an orchestra and only old traditional schools have these. In each picture they have showed different subjects, which the school take on, giving the audience the impression that the money they donate will go towards a good cause. All the student look happy and in a safe environment which shows that they enjoy their time at college.

Bright eye catching colours such as yellow and blue have been used for the leaflet and are drawn to the title ‘Eltham College Appeal’ which is done a by a unique font which will stand out from all other school leaflets.
