This week has to be one of the most exciting

in the history of Gary Peer & Associates. We

certainly have a lot to celebrate and a lot to

look forward to.

Starting with celebrations, it’s our pleasure to

announce our success at last week’s REIV

Awards for Excellence 2013. For the first time

ever, we decided to enter the awards, and

most of our team came along in anticipation,

to the gala ceremony held at Crown Palladium.

We are thrilled to announce Gary Peer won four

awards, including the ‘big one’ – the prestigious

and hotly contested, Large Residential Agency

of the Year. We also picked up the Corporate

Promotion (Multiple Offices) Award, Innovation

Award and finally the Communication Award.

There’s no doubt that winning Large Residential

Agency of the Year is the biggest thrill for our

business and our team. We are pumped and

there’s a huge buzz in our two offices.

Just as well, we have a bumper 31 auctions

this weekend which we are looking forward to

immensely. Award celebrations will be on hold

while we get back to doing what we do best

– selling real estate. Come along and watch
