    Good morning ma'am! This is Mirrela Cruz, AVP-Corporate Contacts of one of the top5 Organizations in DLSU-M, Junior Entrepreneurs' Marketing Association (JEMA). JEMA, now celebrating its 35th year ( Jade Anniversary ), has prepared a series of big and unique events to make this year an invigorating one. This year, we have gathered almost 600 members including the officers. In line with this, we would like to invite <COMPANY> to take part in making our events a success.  Given that all of the business students in DLSU-M are required to attend at least 3 seminars, 1 General Assembly and a Big Event (Acquaintance Activity )of JEMA in order to have a +3% in their final grades, at least 200 participants ( students, faculties, alumni ) are therefore expected to attend our big events.

       This coming August 13, 2010 ( Friday ), will be our Refresh – Acquaintance Activity for the term. A lot of fun games and activities are being prepared for the benefit of our participants and for the sponsors as well. It is our pleasure to invite <COMPANY> to be a sponsor of our Acquaintance Activity with a cash contribution and or with x-deals. This will in fact be a great opportunity for <COMPANY >to do a product sampling to the Lasallians and also to extend its market. Attached to this email is our Sponsorship Proposal along with the Sponsorship Packages for our 1st General Assembly and Acquaintance Activity.
