1. Open “Settings” on your Home Screen

2. On the left hand side, choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
3. Press “Add Accounts…”

4. Select “Microsoft Exchange”

5. Enter your new ClaytonPS.org email account information.
a. Email: [email protected]
b. Password: your new claytonps.org email password
6. Press “Next”

7. Enter the Server address and username. Leave “Domain” blank.
a. Server: m.google.com
b. Username: [email protected]
8. Press “Next”

9. Once your settings are verified, you will now see options to turn on or off mail, contacts, and/or calendars.
10. Leave them on, and press “Save”

11. Once saved, you will now see additional options, such as “Mail Days to Sync.”
12. You can change that setting to how you would like.
13. Press “Done”
14. Your email account is now setup on your iPad/iPhone
