In our ef for t to ensure the safety and security of our guests, our front gate policy requires that all bags and containers be subject to search. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES may be brought into the park (with the exception of unopened bottled water and needed baby items). For the convenience of those electing to bring a picnic basket or cooler, a shaded picnic area outside the park is available along with limited basket storage (nominal fee per item checked). Only coolers and baskets with lids are allowed in storage area. No bags accepted. All other containers must remain in your vehicle. Alcoholic beverages, glass items, sharp metal objects (knives), and grills may not be used on Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe proper ty. Tables cannot be reser ved.

Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe is committed to ensuring the safety of our guests. The park employs extensively trained aquatic personnel to monitor all rides and attractions throughout the entire day.

Experienced personnel staf f our First Aid Station. It is always open during park operating hours and special functions. Park security provided during all operating hours by the Guilford County Sherif f’s Depar tment.

• Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance by calling group sales at 336-852-9721 X219 unless purchased online at our website, www.emeraldpointe.com/plan-a-visit/group-sales.

• For your convenience, meal vouchers, unlimited drink wristbands and parking, can be purchased online along with your group tickets.

• Upon arrival, have an accurate count of the number of individuals in your group, both General Admission (48” and above) and Junior Admission (under 48“).

• Payment for the tickets must be made in one transaction at the Group Sales ticket window or Guest Relations ticket window. It is important to have all of the money collected ahead of time. We accept cash, VISA. MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Check with presentation of valid driver’s license. Cashier’s checks and Money Orders are not accepted.

• ONLY group leaders are permitted at the ticket window. Please instruct your group to remain on the bus or in the group waiting area while admission tickets are being purchased.

• Before entering the park, please notify your group of the departure time and meeting place. We are not able to make park-wide announcements for missing party members in the park.

• Please inform your group that Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe does not allow outside food, alcoholic beverages, glass items, grills, boogie boards, radios, sharp objects or selfie sticks to be brought into the facility.

• No headgear allowed other than a swim burka.

• 15 passenger vans and larger will receive free parking. Any vehicle accompanying a group that is not a 15 passenger van will be charged $9.00 for parking and will not be permitted to park in the bus parking area.
