Here is where the need is most:

Dreams for Kachra Kundi (Pakistan): General Operating Expenses are where we struggle the most. With more than 30 full time and part time teaching staff and nearly 600 students, we require more than $3200 a month to keep the school running. These children are born into families of waste pickers, maids, servants and beggars. We have taken them off the streets and out of the dumps to show them a different life.

Need: General Operating Expenses per month: $3200

The Konadu Basic School (Ghana): Our school continues to be voted one of the best in the district. We are serving the population of children that are left out of the current structure of the Ghana Educational Service due to their financial shortcomings. 80% families are supported only with a single parent, typically the mother. With word of the school spreading, we don’t have enough classrooms. We are looking to add a permanent Kindergarten structure and have acquired land—but are short of funds to continue.

Need: $2000, General Operating Expenses per month $1275

Fatmata Maternity Center(Sierra Leone) : Sierra Leone has one of the highest maternal mortality rates in the world. In developed countries, on average there are fewer than 10 maternal deaths for every 100,000 live births. In Sierra Leone, the rate is nearly 200 times that. Our center serves an average of 300 patients monthly. We are in need of post maternal suite as a resting place for mother and baby as well as a medicine
