sites adjacent to the existing Port Complex, not

including any parcels north of Leonard Road or

west of the proposed B2 alternative corridor for

the extension of 3132 nor south of Hwy 175. We

will pursue these parcels from willing sellers,

conduct due diligence, order studies, appraisals and

other reports as necessary, and brief the

Committee on key developments”.
