The Emerging Leaders Program will offer development, training and leadership learning to the mid-level manager through interactive sessions in team-building, consumer preferences, P&L management, conflict management, communication and client/employee negotiation skills – just to name a few.

NAMA has partnered with J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality at Georgia State University to deliver this 5-day program focusing on skills designed to help managers grow into tomorrow’s leaders.

Businesses must develop strong leadership throughout. Manufacturing, retailing and service businesses alike win by delivering outstanding customer value. Learn how to implement strategies that really connect with customers and work through key issues your organization faces. Individuals will take home a specific, measurable personal action plan to help improve business results.

A special feature: HBDI

A special feature of this program will be the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, an exciting individual profiling tool to enhance communication and interaction skills. Each participant will complete their own profile and then will receive in-depth feedback and utilization skills during the program.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for mid-level managers involved in the vending, coffee service and foodservice industry. These managers are focused on self-development and growing current skill levels and expertise. Ideal for managers having general management or cross-functional team leader responsibilities.

What is the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument

The HBDI is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers and no “good” or “bad” profiles. The HBDI does not measure intelligence, skill or competency. However, your profile data will provide you with a better understanding of your potential development opportunities.

Prior to the program, you will be asked to complete your own personal HBDI survey. The results of this survey (your personal profile) will be presented and reviewed with you during the Monday morning HBDI session giving you a “picture” of your mental preferences at this time in your life as well as how to apply these learnings in your work place and daily living.

The price of this profile is included in your tuition.

Evening events to include:

?

tour to an Atlanta Braves game

?Group dinner and discussion on Business Ethics

?Thursday evening graduation celebration

?2 open evenings to enjoy the city

Evening events to be confirmed
