Emily received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999, and a B.A. from the University of Texas in 1996. She has been named a “Texas Rising Star” for five years in the field of Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice Law, by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines.
