Relife currently supports a solid staff of 5 and dozens have already undergone training.

Even so, Relife still understaffed, the increased number of orders is not comparable with the existing manpower.

Relife enable to provide new skills and opened an alternative jobs for PLWH

Relife project also an alternative way to disseminated HIV-AIDS information by introducting the products of PLWH

Later, Relife can be mediated an acceptance of PLWH in the community and change people's perceptions of PLWHA.

As HIV affects the livelihoods of PLWH and commonly undermines the ability to support themselves, projects such as Relife provide sustainable livelihoods options for PLWH, and are particularly empowering for women.

Activities such as Relife greatly help to improve PLWH self-esteem and address the issue of stigma as they demonstrate to the general public how PLWH can work as functioning, positive community contributors, particularly when addressing environmental issues.

Although already sustainable, funding assistance for staff would greatly improve Relife’s capacity to grow as a competitive, self-sufficient home industry.
