Please find attached shortlisted films for screening and competition.

Outstation film makers (2 members per film) are requested to book their train tickets to attend the International Science Film Festival 8-11 December 2016at NPL, New Delhi. As per announcement 3 AC train fare will be reimbursed. Please bring your bank details (photocopy of pass book or cancelled cheque).

Organisers are trying to provide you free accommodation in govt. guest house for 3 nights (8 to 10 December 2016) i.e. accommodation will be booked from 8th December morning to 11th December 2016 morning. We'll confirm about accommodation to outstation participants shortly.

Outstation and local participants are requested to send their confirmation on or before 28th November 2016 on this aillD, with the subject - Confirmation for participation in ISFF 2016.

Free registration kit, food and certificate will be provided to all shortlisted participants.

Inaugural of the main event (www.scienceindiafest.org) will be organised on 8th December at 10:30 am, and inaugural of film festival will be organised by Union Ministers at 2:30 pm.

1. Two members from each shortlisted film are invited. In case of Category D (school students), one student and one teacher or one parent may come (total 2 nos.). Please don't call us for more no. of students or parents/teachers.

2. Registration form is attached. Each members has to fill separate registration form. No signature is required in the form. Signature will be taken at the registration desk at the venue in Mumbai. You are requested to plan your travel and sent the registration form urgently (in MS Words file).

3. Please mail us completely filled registration form in 2 days. Your early reply will help us to provide you better accommodation. Local participants are also requested to fill the registration form and send us on time.

4. As you are aware that 3 AC train fare (from shortest route) will be reimbursed to both the participants. During the festival, food and twin sharing room in a hotel or guest house will be provided. If you are coming by higher class of train or by air, in both the cases please bring a print out of 3 AC train fare from IRCTC website for your travel reimbursement.

5. Please attend NSFF 2016 for all 5 days. During the NSFF, various interactive sessions and workshops will be organised. Please attend all the programmes as all sessions will be designed for you. Please don't forget to collect the merit certificate of your film and your participation certificate during the valedictory day of the festival.

Dear Sir I Madam,

Please find attached shortlisted films for screening and competition.

Outstation film makers (2 members per film) are requested to book their train tickets to attend the International Science Film Festival 8-11 December 2016 at NPL, New Delhi. As per announcement 3 AC train fare will be reimbursed. Please bring your bank details (photocopy of pass book or cancelled cheque).

Organisers are trying to provide you free accommodation in govt. guest house for 3 nights (8 to 10 December 2016) i.e. accommodation will be booked from 8th December morning to 11th December 2016 morning. We'll confirm about accommodation to outstation participants shortly.

Outstation and local participants are requested to send their confirmation on or before 28th November 2016 on this ail 10, with the subject - Confirmation for participation in ISFF 2016.

Free registration kit, food and certificate will be provided to all shortlisted participants.

Inaugural of the main event (www.scienceindiafest.org) will be organised on 8th December at 10:30 am, and inaugural of film festival will be organised by Union Ministers at 2:30 pm.

Award ceremony will be scheduled on 11th December 2016 post lunch with the main valedictory. Venue is same for all programmes and film festival - NPL, New Delhi.

Detailed programme will be communicated shortly.

All films (shortlisted and non-shortlisted) will be covered in festival book. If you have not sent your film's synopsis, please provide immediately on this emaillD with the subject - Synopsis of film (title).

Film Festival is open to all.
