CAPEX OPEX (Leasing or Power Purchase Agreement)

Customer makes the acquisition of the system Customer enters into a long-term agreement with the solar provider (typically 15 to 25 years)

He appoints an EPC contractor to design, build and deliver the system

The solar provider will finance, design, deploy and manage the solar system

He then appoints a contractor (same or different) to carry out Operation & Maintenance
