What is the BES?
A few thoughts about book selection Don’t “pooh-pooh” the 4-6 books because
they are listed for elementary and middle school students They are all very well written And entertaining
Not all the 9-12 books are appropriate for every middle schooler If it not in our media center, check with a parent
before getting it from the Howard County Library
