self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision-making, and stress management,
which all have a significant bearing on business outcomes.
Self-Perception encompasses self-regard,
self-actualization, and emotional self-awareness,
which are designed to assess the feelings oof inner strength and
confidence, persistence in pursuing goals, and
understanding how emotions impact actions.

Interpersonal includes relationships, empathy, and social responsibility,
which is the ability to develop and maintain
rrelationships based on trust and compassion,
while understanding and showing concern
