Empathy is the ability to recognize another’s emotionalstate.
A successful manager is one who is able to handleothers emotions in such a way that he is able to get hiswork done through others in an efficient way.
For this he must keep himself on the place of employeeand then think about his requirements , needs ,wantswhile doing that job this will help him to motivate hisemployee emotionally in a proper way.
