Why all this?
What they teach in schools/college is not sufficient - there's a gap
Difficult to choose right candidate with right skills meeting above expectations
Once right candidate is chosen, it’s easy to train them
THINK & FEEL
Fresh college pass out is creative (compared to other experienced), energetic and inquisitive
Candidate should be a constant learner, Smart, Disciplined and a good Team Player
Task of choosing a candidate who meets above expectations - is by making candidate to undergo tests on various skills
It's difficult to choose the candidate with right skills, and it’s easy to train them later
PROBLEM STATEMENT Employer - needs a way to choose the right candidate from a pool of college pass outs who meets their expectation because not all the candidates have same potential and what they learn in school/college is not sufficient rather candidate should be ready to adapt to new things as this is a transition to a different environment
