Regular Activities
1. Sending mails to the employees on their birthday and anniversary-Display their names on the notice board- Leave them early from work
2. Sticking various motivational quotes and notes on walls (ex: Manage your time wisely so that there is a lot of time for learning and fun)
3. Celebrate the days like completion of 100th day (for newcomers), completion of 1 year and so on.Ask the employees to summarize their journey in the organization
Regular Activities
4. Encourage employees to take up personal projects (ex: by asking them to make ads for the brand they fascinate the most, for places which they like, etc)
- Give half or one for window to employees to do this - Preferably choose the slack hours ( between 2 to 4)
5. Always support employees to do work related courses and support them financially if possible
6. Encourage the employees to participate in various competitions related to their work (Ad making competition)

7. Stick team photos during events on walls - Employees can also create their collages and ask management to print and stick it in the area they wish
8. Encourage volunteering of employees - Give them leaves when they wish to support any noble cause

11. Ask the employees what they need in their day to day life on their desk- Provide the necessary items and equip them fully

Form a Whatsapp group-1. One common group including everyone2. Team group with team members and leader- Announcements and instructions related to all can be given in the common group- Team groups can include team specific instructions- Leader should clearly mention what is expected and what steps are to be taken- Employees should regularly inform about their
progress and task completion on Team Group

Game 1: Perfection Master ( Single player)
- Include routine tasks of the employee- Make some mistakes in it- Ask the employee to identify, note down and rectify the mistakes; give points for it- Can be played in multiple rounds- The one who gets maximum points wins the game

Game 2: Name the staff member ( Single Player )
- Ideal for newcomers- Give three clues: a) Recent news about the person
b) Specialty of the person c) Work area/ Department

Game 3: In-House treasure hunt ( Team game)
- Give multiple clues- In the last clue, hide some small goodies (ex: Chocolate box, You are going home 2 hours early tomorrow note, etc)- Keep encouraging notes at all clues

Game 4: Trivial Pursuit ( Team game)
- Divide employees in the teams of 5-8- Decide some topics (ex: Working hours, Hygiene, Entertainment, etc)- Ask them to discuss amongst themselves and come up with atleast 5 suggestions - Ask them to write the suggestions on a piece of paper

Game 5: Skit making (Team game)
- Divide the employees into team of 3 to 5- Supply them with random objects- Give them 10 minutes to think and prepare a skit- You can also ask them to make an Ad using those things - Ask them where their Ad can be a perfect fit

Game 6: Ball game ( Single Player)
- Sit a circle- Take a big plastic ball and write funny and work related questions on it; put a tape on them so that the question is not visible- Pass the ball from one person to other while the music is on- When the music stops, ask the person holding the ball to open any one and answer that question
