y The Alwar plant of saras (AZDUSS Ltd.,Alwar)has been certified under internationally accepted

quality and food safety management systems in

accordance with ISO 9001-2000 with HACCP.The organization also helps in improvement of

animal breed, providing animal health services,

insurance of animals, woman dairy project and

providing vermicompost manure to the cattlerearers.The organization also provides cattle feed

which is purchased from nadbai and marketed in

Alwar.

MEANING OF EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION

y Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy

workers are with their job working environment.

Keeping morale high among workers can be of

tremendous benefit to any company, as happyworker will be more likely to produce more, take

fewer days off, and stay loyal to company.There

are many factors in improving or maintaining highemployee satisfaction, which wise employers

would do well to implement.

y Secondary data means the one that is already available they

refer to the data, which has been collected and analyzed by

someone else. In this report the secondary data has been

collected from the companies Sales Booklet, Magazines,

Newspapers and their websites etc.

y Employee of Saras Dairy Feel that promotion is to be

decided on merit basis & not only by seniority basis

as it is prevailing in Saras Dairy.

y Employees of Saras Dairy feel that leader ship style

of their organization should also be taken into
