Fifth: Recommendations for Improvement

The program should focus more and give more attention to patient education, leadership andmanagement role, and resea.rch participation through:

Encourage the students to participate in research competition at the level of the kingdom,and announce the result of the result of the competition in the college recognizingparticipant students by announcing their names on the bulletin board.Insert or add "Research utilization" item in the assessment tool for "Case Study" in allfield experience courses.Insert "library work" as a teaching strategy in research course mainly and to othercourses.

4. Insert or add "research article presentation assignment" to the assessment method inresearch course.

5. Insert or add "patient education" to the student assessment method for specific fieldexperience courses.

6. Provide more opportunities for work shadowing to familiarizethemwith the functions,duties and responsibilities of other members of the healthcare team.

7 . Practice the use of situational leadership depending on factors such as the maturity leveland competency of subordinates.
