2012: 6MN Child Deaths, 44% under 1.
Majority of these deaths are: Preventable and treatable by products and services that cost less than a cup of coffee.

Collectively we seem to be failing these children.
Private sector: High Prices, Inconsistent QualityPublic Sector: Rampant Stock-outs, poorly designed systems and funding deficits.

Our Solution:
A door-to-door entrepreneurial health worker distribution model.
5
Our Solution:
Our agents deliver life-saving, life changing products at the door-steps of the poor while earning incomes through the sale of goods from a unique product basket.

Have been successful? We think we have!
JPAL-IPA recently concluded a 5 year RCT trial across 200+ villages. Areas where our agents are present witnessed a 26% drop in child-mortality at net cost per capita of less than $2/ annually.

So what’s next?
• We are planning to scale up 5X in Uganda and will be 2800 agents impacting close to 400,000 HHs or 2MN people by 2018.
• But we want to expand our impact beyond Uganda.
• We want implementers in other countries to partner with us. We have a remarkable last-mile distribution platform, where our agents earn at least $15-20/ month while consistently delivering health impact.
• So we would like to join hands and be the change that we would like to see.
